Marathon eLight Series Turntable Cases

I really like the look of the Marathon eLight Series Turntable cases and considering using them for Technics 1200s.

It’s described as a case for “1200 style light duty turntable”. Would you trust your Technics 1200 in this case for road trips? I can’t see anything going wrong in the trunk of my car.

I have them. they are meh. look a lot nicer than the odyssey’s but the build quality isn’t so hot. Also, to “lock” them is a joke.

Eurostyle cases aren’t for professional use. They won’t hold up long with regular road use.
