Maschine Question - How can I export JUST the sounds I used, opposed to all?

Hey guys, I’m trying to move my sounds from Maschine over to Ableton, but I have a little problem…

All I want to do is export each individual sound into an individual track in Ableton, and I know about the export feature in Maschine already. HOWEVER, when I go to export all my sounds to a folder, it exports EVERY sound in all of the groups, even the ones I haven’t used. What this means is that when I then move all my sounds to Ableton, I’m stuck with 100+ tracks, some of which are silent and unwanted, which is then a ballache to delete individually.

I believe in Maschine 1 you could just mute the tracks you didn’t want to move over, but that doesn’t seem to work in Maschine 2!

Surely I don’t have to go through the kits in the export menu and untick all the sounds that I haven’t used?

Help me!

+1 I’d like the answer too…

The only fix that I’ve just discovered myself, is to go through your groups and delete the sounds you’re not using - these then won’t be included in the export menu.

The way to do this quickly I’ve found is to first go through and mute the channels you’re not using, then have the delete button on one hand and the Maschine controller on the other, then you can quickly tap the pads that aren’t lit up with one hand, then delete with the other, then repeat for the rest of the groups.

I just wish I didn’t have to do this, there must be a better way!
