McLovin (SuperBad Vs. The Roots)
Ok,
Did this using the one shot recorder in Traktor Pro!
Only Midi input I have is my PadKontrol which I’ve used to trigger the samples and elongate the chorus, etc!
I pulled the audio out of the movie SuperBad using Quicktime and exported it as a WAV file!
Let me know what you guys reckon if you can? That would be awesome! It’s not mixed super smoothly but for the humour side I reckon it kinda does the job!

It’s purely all cuepoints! You know the bar under each deck that you can have 8 of? I just have each one programmed to a pad and my knobs delete the cuepoints on each deck!

So tekki you saying the volume levels are a bit out? I get what you mean cause their voices are higher and lower because of the actual film aspect of it, i.e. people talking from varying distances, etc?
I know now to go over my samples and fine tune them for the mix! Thanks

Excellent man, I am jealouse, 'cause I would probably not be able to do it in one go, but yeah, you nailed my post perfectly!
I have been playing drums for over 5 years, so the pad controller is kinda like a percussive sampler to me! Probly the only reason as to why I might be a bit better! haha ; )
I did it with Hot Cues so I would have to remember the volume levels and change them on the fly as I play and record! That’s testing me! ; )
When can we expect the Drum & Bass version mate
