Midi Fighter 3D Remix Deck Firmware BETA

Midi Fighter 3D Remix Deck Firmware BETA

Hi All,

We are going to officially announce the Midi Fighter 3D Remix firmware in a few days.

This firmware allows you to use the 3D to control Traktors new remix decks.

Before we do that I wanted to give the forum a chance to test this new firmware out.

Below are links to Windows & OS X versions of our updated utility which allows you to switch to the Remix firmware.

Please also read the instructions guide as this explains all the new features and the upgrade process.

You can also use the new utility to switch back to the old firmware at any time.

Feel free to post any feedback you have, and ask questions about the new functionality, I will do my best to provide quick responses to this thread over the next few days.

Is the ability to disable sleep mode included in this?

thanks!

The Remix deck firmware has no sleep mode, the standard firmware included with the new utility has the sleep timer set to 1 hour, and I have corrected the issue where it causes Traktor to micro loop after going into sleep mode. I will add the ability to specify a time out and disable it completely for the official release.

The button rotation and spark effect where also removed from the Remix deck firmware FYI

Right on! Installed

Woooooo

ahhhhh, no MF pro :disappointed:

digging the new UI guys. Looks cool

is there a reason for this? i quite like the spark effect.

MY MF3D is fail to flash firmware and the forth bank button is keep flashing. It seems like the utility cannt see my MF3D now. what should i do?

Seems to work great. one issue though, when I switch firmware it resets all the colors i’ve assigned.

I had that happen the first time I used the new utility and switched firmware. For me it was caused by windows needing to install an additional driver for the MF3D. I waited until it was done, then unplugged my MF3D and plugged it back in. After that it worked fine. Hope this helps.

Thanks for the helps but i use mac with lion and trying to google anything for helps now

Great work guys!!

Why no love for the pro’s ? :disappointed:
even basic functionality would be perfect.
dont necessarily need rgb feedback on them…
