MIDI Fighter 3D sometimes gets stuck on D

Hello all,

Sometimes, my MIDI Fighter 3D plays the note D, even when I am not touching the controller. This only happen sporadically, however I must reset the VST I am using to get the constant tone to cease playing. The MF keeps relaying the midi level note D to Ableton whenever I open up the piano roll.
