I have one question about the LED colors, you can chose on and off colors etc, but can you also turn on/off and set the color with midi messages from software, like with traktor?
Hey ghztomash, yes in Traktor you can send messages which will set it to one of 15 levels of brightness of it active color, or inactive color, or directly select any of the colors, as well as a few flashing states.

Quick question… If i wanted the instant gratification mapping for deck A and B on banks 1 and 4 and say the deck mapping on banks 2 & 3, would this be possible?
I just ordered my 3d and am not a very good mapper at all, but want to take advantage of the 4 banks. I don’t really use decks C & D for anything other than scratch samples or name drops in sample decks. Im just trying to figure out how to best map the 3d when I get it for my DJing style. I Spin on a Pioneer DDJ-T1 and soon a MF3d… I might end up getting a VCI-400 EGE a little later in the future (fingers crossed).
