Midi Fighter faulty / Error

Hi guys,

I played a gig and 2 days later did the setup in my office/studio to
do a mix for video.

I plug the midi fighter in and just get the light running and not being recognized by my Mac.
Same thing on my windows 7 pc.

Tried the Midi fighter software tool to update but still not recognized.

Then I tried the 2 reset buttons at the back but also no luck.

Have any of you come across an error like that.

Or any other ideas on what I can try to find out whats wrong?

My second midi fighter works fine.

Just thought before I hassle them I’ll ask if someone else came across a similar issue.
