Midi Fighter Twister: How to stop Side Buttons from sending MIDI messages when changing banks?

Hi everyone,

I want to use the side buttons only for switching Bank 1-4 internally. I do NOT want them to send any MIDI messages to my DAW.

The Problem: Even with side button MIDI disabled in the Utility, the device still forces a CC message to the Ableton every time I change banks. Since my Ableton is set to “MIDI In: All Channels,” this triggers random plugins in my project.
