Midi Fighter Twister - knobs are dead in the center (detent)

Just setup my Midi Fighter Twister and i noticed that the center (detent) of the rotation is not doing anything until i twist half a quarter.
So 1/8 of the twist is sending nothing.
I hope you guys understand what i am trying to say.
Is this normal or can this be fixed?

Hey vormkrijger,
De-tented encoders works for things like DJ LP/HP filters, Macro effect knobs and such. Therefore the center has a dead space (same as regular rotary pots with de-tent) making it easy to adjust back to zero when needed.
I recommend changing your encoders to Bar or Dot if you wish to send a full range of midi velocity out of rotary encoders.
