I made a couple prototype stands a couple years ago. Still trying to get back to it. If you have any suggestions about what you’re looking for, let me know. One thing I will say right away. There is a tradeoff on weight. With any small lightweight stand, it’s going to take two hands to press a side button. And with these little stands, even pressing an encoder switch tends to push the stand a bit. I’m planning to experiment with rubber feet but adding mass should really help.
I found a very simple solution that works perfectly for me, pencils!
