Midi function in traktor

When i was messin with traktor just now i saw you can do something where when you hold down your right mouse button and move a knob you get a red icon that when your press the left button(while still holding the right) the white knob will move to that position and then return when you release the left.

My question is how could i set up traktor to do that same thing only using say a normal Eq knob and maybe a shift key to do this exact same thing.

Its hard to explain, and i couldn’t find anything in the midi list to do what i am thinking so figured this would be the best place to get an answer.

i know exactly what your talking about but i dont think you can make a midi function out of that.

if u do, that would be the shit but i think thats only something that u do with the mouse.
