midi? pioneer DJM 800

I know that almost anything on my mixer can be mapped to midi control something. its a DJM800. all it has is a midi out. no thru or back in. I want to control things on traktor 2.7.1 with it. how do you do? I heard I need a midi to USB adapter witch is strange but they do exist.
