MIDI to Analog VU Meter
Hey guys!
I have this problem I dont know how to solve. It goes like this: my digital dj controller doesnt have a VU meter that measures the signal coming into it, only the signal going out. My question is could I build one that converts midi signal into analog (LEDs), so it simulates the one I have in Traktor? Thanks in advance!

You could build one and simply map a VU.
yeah but i dont even have an idea where to start from, and its giving me lots of problems @ my gigs cause of the gain difference in the tunes… and my funds arent exactly vast either
Don’t come hard with next track if you don’t pre listen both in the headphones at first. Traktor VU isn’t very precise to rely on. If you don’t use headphones and mix internally in club make sure that the amp has leeway.
