Midi Yoke site down!

Hello! I recently purchased TouchOSC and have been trying to set it up with windows 7.. http://www.midiox.com/ Is down and i need some program to turn the signals into midi messages and from what i understand osculator is only for mac. Can someone drop me a link for the latest version of midi yoke’s installer if you still have it? Would be much appreciated!!
