Mids and Highs drop out on heavy bass

Hello,

can anyone tell me why my mids and highs drop out on some songs with a heavy bassline? I’m using S4, macbook, unbalanced connection.

maybe try disabling the limiter in prefs and see if it still does?

I noticed this through my headphones too, when cueing two channels together. Is the headphone amp linked to the main limiter too?

You should set the software master output to somewhere around -10db to -5db to give yourself some headroom.
