Mixing top 40 commercial and uploading.

How come i can listen to some “Niggas In Pairs” Remixes with other top 40.

But when i try and upload on sound cloud i get a message saying i don’t own the rights to upload a top 40 track?

How do they get away with putting up jay z but i can’t put up dr dre and tyga?
