Moldovers smart compression with traktor?

Hi guys,

I was looking around a bit on the website and came along an article in which smart compression is explained a little. I get the basic idea of the whole but i was wondering if this idea could be used in combination with traktor… I was thinking the following: trakor with external mixing → some program (vst?) to do the compression → sound card → external mixer…

Any ideas?

I know you can route traktor through ableton live and apply eq, compression, and any other effect (Have the smart knobs mapped in Ableton) and essentially do the same thing.
