More than just the standard FX?

Hey, I am wondering if it is possible to get/download/buy adidional FX effects than just the default ones that come with Tractor?
If yes, where?

No. But you can combine Traktor FX to come up with custom ones.

There’s also a bunch of mapping tricks you can use to modulate effects parameters.
