Most epic DJ ecperience

Note: yes it was so epic i misspelled experience :smiley:

So after seeing the “ur most epic DJ fail” thread, i thought id start this one

here is mine:

last night I spun at this house party (250 rsvp’d as yes on the fb event, with 600+ maybes)

there were some 150 ppl in the 3 bedroom house

I was spinning mainstream edm with some none 4thf (bart b more, etc)

I could tell it was a top40/hip hop crowd

then I went from mainstream to hot pink delorean and designer drugs

the fact that ppl were getting down and dirty to tunes i KNOW they didnt know made me…well…lets just say i needed to change my pants:smiley:

I think that device is pretty epic in and of itself.

Tho it would feel weird getting that glazed over daze and a sudden jolt of pee shivers when standing in front of 100+

Thats why you always have an empty bottle close by for just such an occurence. If some idiot later picks it up and drinks it, thats just a hilarious (for you) bonus.

I found a nice usb cable and a mini flashlight under a booth once. Asked the other guys playing and the club owner about it. Lost & found, turns out, so fair game.

EPIC.

I played a gig in Florida once and realized I’d lost the new usb cable for my audio interface and the mini flashlight while setting up.
I ended up plugging into the back of the mixer lit by the weak light in my wristwatch and used a coat hanger to connect to my audio8.
