MOST WEIRD thing on S4 kontrol (led lights in vegas mode)

My friend gave it to me his old s4 with this crazy led lights on control problem…I dont know how to explain this so i find this video , i have a same problem like this guy…https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9AJwe-J-gqE
Everythings work fine, just led lights are so annoying…The video is retarded alittle bit ,just focus on lights on kontroler.

From my un-expert opinion, it could be a USB-cabling problem. Have you tried with different USB cables and/or ports? It looks like the Controller is trying to initialize, but doesn’t.
