MPD 18 as Midi Fighter Help with Traktor

So I got the mpd18 working as a midi fighter but only on deck B. Whenever I select to use effects 1-4 on deck A, the numbers deselect themselves as soon as I hit a pad that corresponds to each effect number. I was wondering how I could get it working for deck A as well. I already assigned notes C2-D#3 for pads 1-16, just like the midi fighter, and I only wanted to use these two decks not all four. Thanks for any help!

depends what midifighter tsi u are using - the deckalized one use the MF in normal mode where each pad always sends out the same note - the instant grat one uses the 4banks mode of the MF which sends out different notes for rows 1,2,3 depending on which bank you’re in - row 0 is always the same and used for bank select
