MPD24 Reaktor - ableton - massive maps

Yo yo - i really struggle to get the hang of the MPD24 had it since xmas but cant seem to work out how to map it and save the mapping for each plug in?

Also how in ableton can you record real time automation/live performance to audio? I basically want to play with reaktors cols with the MPD24 while recording it to a new audio track, but i assume you have to arm the audio track so my midi mapping wont work!

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

do you think this would work?

i would preferably be recording to audio, while the track is looping so i can mess around with it quite a lot until i get something that sounds wicked!

i could run this on the midi channel but i would have to keep clearing the automation to try a fresh sound…

Sorry if i’m not clear…i have a lot to learn!

Hrmm. You need to just record Ableton’s master out then. Shouldn’t be hard to do.
