Music Genre help: Chill, Jazz, slow hip hop
Fellas, got offered a gig to play at a trendy spot thats not really my forte of music. This is a happy hour spot in a nice part of miami. Music is a very chill, jazzy atmosphere ranging to slow hip hop = tribe called quest, pharcyde, etc. Hip hop im good with, and I can dig up/find enough tracks that are up my alley - what I don’t know is what are considered classics for this genre. I’d like to be able to play a few jams people recognize even though the crowd is not really moving to the music so to speak.

I listen to and mix alot of downtempo/lounge/jazzy stuff, its lots of fun when your trying to relax yourself, and others.
