MW3 or Battlefield 3??
i dont know which one to get…i havent bought a battlefield game since battlefield 1942 and ive been getting call of duty since the 3rd one…i just heard bad reviews for mw3 and really good ones for battlefield! maybe i should just get both lol what are you guys planning on getting??
battlefield 3. CoD is played out now, they need to jump ship while they can and setup a new franchise. mw3 is just a polished mw2 and its pretty much what we shouldve gotten back then. battlefield on the other hand actually looks like they worked hard on it. plus you get more bang for your buck, better graphics, better players, better story, better gameplay. let the little pre-teen idiots have mw3 battlefield is for true gamers.

can anyone recommend a good graphics card for under £100/$150 to play these games?
I have a Core2Duo e8600 running at 3.5ghz (overclocked), 2gb ram and an OCZ Vertex 3 SSD. My display is a 23" Dell running at 2048x1152 (native) - I’m still using on board video so I need something beefy to run the new games at anywhere close to that resolution.

I have been a die hard MW fan but I am about to jump ship to BF3.
Im sorry bit nothing has progressed that much, its just like getting another map pack. BF however looks absolutely stunning with the new FB2 engine.

But, really. The main reason I don’t want BF3 is because EA is known for servers of bad quality. MW3 may be a polished MW2, but that’s an even better reason to get it. :3
FPS games are awful, but if you play one get Battlefield 3. Heil Fighters and Puzzle games! Street Fighter, Catherine, & Layton for life.
Having played the beta of BF3… BF3 all the way, it’s AMAZING.

Also, this thread here needs reviving since I recently cleaned up the GoW3 campaign with ranzerox.
In the states we have Gamestop. They allow you to buy a game and you have 7 days no questions ask return policy. I usually preorder a game play it and if its nothing special, i’ll return it and try out a different one. I did that with madden, but kept it lol
just something y’all can do if you have a gamestop.

Ain’t no Gamestops in the Philippines. Still trying to look for a place that sells x360 games because ordering online isn’t an option due to lack of a payment method. :C
