My cue points disappear in Traktor Pro!!

My cue points disappear in Traktor Pro!!

I am having an issue with the cue points I am setting in Traktor PRO. A lot of the time I work hours on setting cue points. Some times I need to close Traktor and when I open it again those cue points are gone! I am using the same computer every time and looked at my preferences but I have no idea. Can someone please help me.

I’ve seen this issue as well. I’ve noticed if I set cue points first and then edit the song details, when I exit out of the edit box, my cue points are gone.
