My current setup. Really happy with it.

1200’s, elcer nuo 3, TSP2 A6, Dicers, X1, F1, Maschine, Numark HDX

I’m curious if I can use the HDX with the Traktor timecode CD’s? I only use them every now & then when i’m juggling & need a quick song. They really scratch very smoothly & are more forgiving than the TT’s for sure.

Nice setup. Did you have your Technics painted blue or are those face plates?

Thanks. They are faceplates. Metal powder coated.

One of the 1200’s is very very worn. Silver paint worn off in spots all over. It’s from the 80’s & works like a tank. Both faceplates were $100 shipped (ebay)

Nice, I was thinking of getting the white ones from ebay.

I recommend them for a cheap face-lift. We (dj’s) can tell they are faceplates, But I get complements on them all the time from normal people. “wow I’ve never seen blue technics before”

And they do look pretty sexy with the blue timecode on them.

see lots of faceplates, but not many with the 45 adapter hole pre-drilled…did yours come that way?

No holes in them. I took the adapter off the dicers & have them stuck on with 3M tape. The kind you use to hang hooks on walls. Works great.

Awesome setup man. Is the Maschine faceplate from the same ebay dealer?

Thanks, search jessie dean on ebay for skin

I moved the HDX on the left so I can actually scratch with it.

And if anyone is curious the largemouth bass was right over 10 pounds

in all honesty i was about to ask, it looks bigger

sweet setup man. Do you use the maschine when you play out?

As a sampler yes

sweet. props

Thanks!

burn the timecode cd to wav instead and play it from your hdx hard drive- less latency than with cd timecode, it works great with tsp2
