As for the little something extra… I wanted to spice up my DJ corner, and after exploring different options with LEDs and EL lighting, I came across this large EL equalizer strip that responds to sound. It doesn’t look very cool during the day but it is an attention-grabber at night when practicing. Nothing that crazy but it was a cheap, fun addition to the set up.

Legs to attach expedit to bottom shelf (you will have to buy 4 3/8x3" hex bolts and washers at a hardware store to attach the legs to the expedit unit, because the regular bolts are not long enough). You will need 2 packs (4 legs in total):
