I just got it today… i need to replace 2 tines but other than that it’s fuckin’ sweet.

No but i’ve seen the mod done before, and i will do it to this one. I don’t really see the use b/c it’s a metric ton, but i just can’t help myself, and i’ve got an extra Doepfer MKE sitting around.
the rd300 has a decent “codeine keys” mode, but the rhodes definitely brings the boys to the yard style-wise. kudos for taking the plunge.
I’ve wanted one for years, and i found out my friends mom, a retired musician, had it sitting in her attic. So i got a hell of a deal on it. But it was a pain in my back getting it down from there…-see previous comment on the weight.
