NAMM show 2010, rumors, coverage?
Anyone planning to attend this year’s NAMM?
Also, has anyone heard any rumors or confirmations regarding new products (such as Rane’s press release, et al)?
I am not sure if Ean and the DJTechTools crew are setting up there or planning to cover this event, but I know myself and plenty of other DJ/gadget fetish freaks are looking forward to some new sci-fi 2010 shtuff!
Itch 2.0, a DVS plugin for Ableton in conjunction with that, and the Xone DX is hitting shelves that week

I also heard something about the EKS Otus Raw finally getting released, which without a doubt, I would consider for a controller for Traktor. My main gripe about the original was the lack of anything physical on the pitch slider, and some of the touch sensitive areas below the jog wheel felt super cheap.
The only other thing which bugged me about the original Otus was also the visibility of the internal circuitry from rotary knobs on the 4 corners of the unit. Didn’t seem that tighly enclosed to me for the price it was at.
i’ll be there again this year. 
this is one of the few things I’m glad to be “working”…

It would be nice if djtt had a booth. NAMM should be fun, I’ll hopefully get to meet Mike O, out there!
Behringer site says they’re going to have 50 new products at NAMM. It would be great if they’d update the BCR or come up with some new midi controller.

oh boy! numark has v7 two deck midi controller for itch. hopefully the price is good… skratchworx has more info
looks like there is a matching mixer with midi, although i dont trust numark to make reliable gear…
I’m considering driving down for this on Saturday when it’s open to the public, then again I’ll probably be lazy and wait for blog / site updates.
