Nanopad Mapping

Nanopad Mapping

Hello,

I’ve just buy the nanopad, and soundboard: http://www.ambrosiasw.com/utilities/soundboard/

I would like to know how can i get a mapping for it or does anyone can make it.. just because it’s a midi sampler, but with my nanopad when i press in the pad 1 affected with a drop sound, it don’t work, so i think i have to edit with konntrol editor but i’m a real and don’t know how to proceed.

Any help will be greatly appreciated

how do you want to use it? and with what software?

Hello, i would like to use it with soundboard or sampledecks it’s a sampler player.

Tx for your answer

cool, what part of the korg editor are you having trouble with?

also how are you planning to use it? are all the buttons going to have a different function on each scene, or will a few (or the pad) stay the same on each scene?

EDIT; do the pads on the screen have a midi note or cc number next to them? you’d need to change each button on the pad to correct note. or if it has a ‘midi learn’ style mapping interface you should be able to map it regardless of the notes the nano kicks out

well i would like to have different function on each scene for each pads, i want to use it like a sampler to use my dj drop… i’ve a midi learning in the software but where i press it on the nano it won’t work i don’t know what’s really wrong.. tx for your help

Edit: i SAW you’re on windows 7 the soft is on mac (soundboard) but anyways you should try that software: http://www.sampledecks.com/ that use the same functions as soundboard, i can’t get it work with that software too.

are you sure your mac is seeing the nanopad?

Sure, but the key not responding correctly… it’s not really responsive

hit it harder? lol

and my nano is a bit not working atm, so can’t really try it out myself

do you talking about the pad? yes it’s a lot harder, why?

don’t worry, i think you missed the joke.

only thing i can think of is, in the midi map part of the program, does it have a box for selecting the input and outputs for the midi, or is just global?

maybe a screen shot will help

that’s okay i will make a screenshot and no you can’t choo the midi input or output channel..
