Native Instruments Account Down?
Just out of curiosity anyone having trouble logging into their native account? not the forums account but like to download updates and make purchases etc.
Would post in their forums but seems like there isn’t as much traffic there as there is here…

Thats wierd. Its not an isolated incident, im at work and no ones able to log in to their account, and our rep isnt able to either, i know they are working on it, but didnt know if anyone else was having the same issue…

not sure what kind of account you have, but not sure if it could be effecting reseller accounts? because all of us are using reseller accounts
I have Moderator access… I know that there are issues with the Automated Ticket system so I guess work might be being done on the servers although Berlin is usually fast asleep at the moment unless you are directed to L.A..?
