Me? I’m not on the market for a dedicated sample deck controller and think a Xone K2 would do the same job perfectly while being more versatile. I’m jumping to a Maschine + K2 setup in the near future.
i would not get one, got traktor sync’d up with ableton so running the launchpad. +1 for the xone k2, probably going to be my next addition as well.
So, you can also map sample decks on xone k2, not only f1?

Not yet, but I have no rush in doing it since my main use for them is getting replaced with Maschine. If I did I would just load this on Lemur or run Ableton on the side.
There is so much more to this release then anyone is really talking about. The F1 by itself is fantastic, but the whole workflow is really a game changer. It’s complex for sure, and there’s a learning curve. But the payoff is that the F1 really can control not only all of the Remix Deck functionality, but also any other functionality you’d like in Traktor.
