there’s an opening for a Freelance DJ Product Specialist in the USA…
NI jobs
yeah, I will be applying after I graduate from university in December.
Why wait? And if anybody gets any of these jobs I think Corporation and I deserve a little swag for getting the ball rolling. ![]()
That has been open for about 2 years.
I cant believe no-one has filled the position.
Ive bugged them to have a UK position. Id do it in a heartbeat.
You can see why it’s not been filled. They’re asking for someone who is perfectly bilingual, creative, musical, engaging, technically minded and charismatic AND willing to work their ass off under some manager, without any of the autonomy, freedoms or rewards of actually being a famous DJ/Performer.
Can’t really see why anyone who fits the description would want to get a corporate job. They need to rethink that job description.
Yeah driving around a section of America and showing people Traktor and getting paid for it is a pisser aint it.
There must be loads of guys on this forum that could do this job.
“The role will involve you in two to three events a month”
I could do this job in my spare time.
i’m sure there are at least a few cats who fit that description who will never be famous rockstar djs and still need to pay the bills. the music industry isn’t exactly a treasure chest these days…
I dont that it matters even if you are an aspiring DJ. There is a DJ Division at NI and if you are genuinely talented your kinda amongst the right people to get gigs.
swag?
I have been on their website checking on jobs for the past couple months, so yeah, and besides I’m looking at a different job, not that one.
I want to apply, just need to get my resume together…Hi Im Jesse, I want to work for NI!
By bilingual you mean English and Spanish right? Because up here in Montreal, bilingual means English and French. This is the first time that my bilingual doesn’t qualify me for the job. LOL!
Would be interested if it was in the north-east.
Phil.
I assumed he meant English and German. I’ve had the plush factory rep job it’s a hard gig to beat, but I was on the road three weeks a month so I moved on. Shame though cause my expense account was more than I make a year now.
bilingual is probably meant to be “in general”, but being bilingual with english/spanish is definitely the most important in the US. or maybe ebonics.
definitely taking a crack at that ATL position..
what is that you do currently for them karlos?
