Need some help
Hey guys, i’m just trying to find out when my VCI-100 is coming in from djtt
i have tried emailing ean, djtt and tried calling them several times with no response. I have also tried tracking the package through USPS via the tracking number given after order…
anyone have any suggestions? I am a little disapointed after spending $600 dollars at DJTT that they won’t answer a phone call or return any of my emails. I know there busy, but i am a paying customer

Well if you got a tracking nr then its should be on its way and cant take that long is it?
yeah it hasn’t been that long… but when i try to track it, it says its not available.

We are really swamped at the moment - we currently have a new guy who is taking over the customer service side of the shop and handling orders (As Ean is about to leave the country on tour) so once he is on track everyones emails will start getting answered more promtly again
