best buy has 18 months no interest on all purchases 500 dollars and up.
i got them to price match guitar centers promotion too, so i got 100 off this. was a hair over 1k after tax for both.
You could totally get your 27" imac with that deal. thats how i got mine when i had it.
That’s what I was initially going to do (and what I did with my current MacBook I purchased a few months ago) but the problem is I want an i7 27" iMac, and the only ones you can get from BestBuy are the i5 ones. Guess I just gotta wait till my birthday or something :[.
I’d say BestBuy should be able to order the configuration you want.

I swear I asked the dude about configuring it when I picked up my MacBook Pro and he said you couldn’t, I guess i’ll call in and ask again!
i5 is all they have on their website which surprises me a little.
Only Apple stores and the Apple website can make BTO Macs as far as I know…
