new machine update has broken machine any ideas

installed the driver and got this problem

The system extension “/System/Library/Extensions/RTL8187l.kext” was installed improperly and cannot be used. Please try reinstalling it, or contact the product’s vendor for an update.

now midi wont work

Mind explaining it how you solved it for future reference? :slight_smile:

uninstalled then restarted then installed again seemed to be a permission problem in OSX I dont tend to turn off my computer just put them to sleep
