I think the build up was pretty good but somehow the follow up to that kind of made the energy just fizzle. Also noticed a bit of clipping toward the build up so maybe you could sort that part out. Not quite sure if it was the track or my headphones (using Pioneer HDJ-2000s) but maybe you have too many things going on before the build-up that caused it to get distorted. Btw did you play the melody on a keyboard or did you use a piano roll? Just curious.
Entire song was piano roll. I noticed the clipping tbh but i was too lazy to fix it, addressed I tried to address the “fizzle” with a little background pattern. Aside from that what did you think of the melodies, beats, chords, structure etc?
