New set up Kontrol S4 with Traktor Scratch Pro 2 DVS HELP

Yesterday I received my new Kontrol S4 MK2 with the Traktor Scratch Pro 2 DVS vinyl set up.
I was attempting to get the S4 and the turntables working for 8 hrs with no luck. I tried the following:

(Connect your turntables to the IN ports of the KONTROL S4 and set the switches on both Channel C and Channel D to PHONO (if you use turntables) or to LINE (if you use CD Players). Set the THRU/USB switch to USB:slight_smile:

This does option is not there for me to choose. I used the wizard and it reverts back to 2 decks instead of 2 decks with scratch. It doesn’t see my turntables. The only way the turntables work are on input deck A and B. Like the picture.

What happens when you set Decks C & D as “Live Input” decks? Are you able to use your turntables then?
