New track featuring busta rhymes and apl.de.ap

first track iv finished this summer , much more pop , in my opinion , than my usual stuff , let me know what you think :smiley: cheers

I listened to your track at about 2am on a monday night because I couldnā€™t sleep. Hereā€™s my feedback!

  • this has not much to do with you or your track, but god, apl.de.ap (wtf? appled.app? should I show the contents of his fucking FOLDER?) is SOOOOO WACK I canā€™t believe it. I also believe you that the voice of busta rhymes is on this track but omfg, arrrgh his neck ate his head in like 2004 and itā€™s hard for me to believe heā€™s the same person who made ā€œthe coming.ā€ but enough about the guest stars.. !

  • I liked the way you used the vocals, and the video was.. entertaining. I can see this track having relatively broad appeal in 2011. This might be a weird thing to say, but I could imagine someone using it in an advertisement.

  • The chiptuney melody got a little old for me by about the middle of the track, and I feel like the excitement of the progressive-style filtery builds was decreased by their repetition by the tuneā€™s end. I also feel like the drum programming was a bit static/unchanging. I liked them when I heard them at first but Iā€™d like to see more edits and structural progression to keep them from getting ā€œloopy.ā€

  • Iā€™d say this is.. ā€œprogressive.. chip.. hip.. house..ā€ because itā€™s chiptuney in its sound, progressive in its aesthetic and hip house in its content, drum programming and tempo.

Thanks man , think youve picked up on most of what i would say are my strengths / weaknesses . (weaknesses been drum programming and being abit repetitive ) , this was my attempt at doing something a bit more , i dno mainstream

used to make a bit of chiptune lol so maybe that was a subconscious thing :smiley:
