I’d say always finish track if for no other reason than the experience of final mixing and arrangement.
I’m not a fan of the intro, I’d drop the first eight bars completely. Love the chords that come in at the 9th bar or so. I’d have them extend into the second main portion of the song. Also, automating the upper percussion thingie you’ve got going, either with a filter or volume would make it interesting. (like the panning of that sound though)
