Newcomer help?

So, I’ve been really wanting one of these, but I’ve never used anything like it before, as in it would be my first time, and it seems like it would be good for me, I get how they work and all, but if I buy it, and I have it just by itself, is that any use for me, just to jam out, to have it?

With the mappings available for Traktor, you can use it as a deck controller to mix with, a remix deck controller, a Fx controller, or map it yourself to do a combination of any of the above uses.
