NI customer support issues

Anyone else having problems with NI?
I have tried ordering the traktor pro upgrade for the last two days via their online website. Which never works. They then tell me to call the sales department, which is always busy and tells me to call back later. Sorry for the rant, but im pissed.

Buying at another webstore is also not an option?

yes it is possible, but I can’t find the upgrade package. NI sells a package that you download.

If I am correct about you being from Canada, please check this webshop?

Thanks, but i’m looking for a webstore that sells the downloadable version. NI sells it for $100 then they send you a download link & activation code. you get it right away.. but how there handling it i might aswell just get it shipped to me lol

That is a compromising title… Don´t want to change it to NI Sales support sucks… ? I just feel too much respect to NI to have that title for a topic, shows little respect. :disappointed:

Hey Evan, have you tired calling them (customer service for NI)? I called for my activation for Traktor Scratch and they were very helpful. Wait time did suck, it was about 10 min but there hold music kicked ass.
