No CUE or CUP button in Traktor Pro 2?
After upgrading to Traktor Pro 2, I can’t find the CUE or CUP button.
Instead these to things are there. I don’t what they are and do, as nothing happens when I click them
Also, what is there any real use for the CUP button? Do you use CUP? Isn’t it just CUE + play?
it looks like you in scratch mode, are you using DVS?
I’m pretty new to this, but what is DVS?
Just click on deck letter, for example A and select Internal playback.
My problem is that I lost pitch faders somehow…

you clearly arnt using PRO but instead using scratch. and if you dont know what dvs is, why would you have bought scratch?

As confusing as NI’s site is I can easily see someone easily buying scratch by mistake and not even knowing it. Hell there’s probably people out there that buy it just because it’s the most expensive one so it must be the best.
Change CUP mode to Instant in Transport dropdown in Preferences.

Also, not knowing what DVS is means nothing. I’m a highly paid banker with a massive brain and a purchased copy of TP2 and didn’t know what DVS stood for for ages.

The crack came out on friday, the same day as the official release was supposed to be out (although of course it came early). They work damn fast.
I’ve heard that the Scratch function without an NI sound card has been disabled though, NI’s patch is apparently working for now. I wonder how long that will last!
Interesting. Id be surprised if they didnt find another way.
I won’t post the link to the crack of course, but I was reading the discussion underneath where someone had posted it as a torrent and a lot of people were complaining that scratch was disabled with soundcards that had worked before.
Honestly, some people, they get the software illegally for free and still they complain about NI!!!
