No Left & Right Playback from Controller’s Soundcard? (Vestax VCI-400)
Hello DJTT forum.
First time poster here. So, I was pretty new with actual DJ controller thing, I just pick up a used Vestax VCI-400 weeks ago for a starter.
Few days ago I purchased a stereo - 3.5mm female to Akay / 6.5mm Male jack; since VCI-400 only have female 6.5mm jack plug on its front. Now, the problem is that I seem can’t get sound from the left and right position of the playback. However, I’m still getting sound if it was set in mono, or if it’s in quadraphonic mode, the sound only comes from rear left and rear right. This gets worse since I keep hearing a very noticable static whenever my headphone is plugged in.
I’m using Traktor Pro 2 on a Windows 10 machine and yes, the driver has been installed. It’s definitely not a problem inside Traktor since it behaves the same outside that software.
Anyone knows what could be the problem and how to fix it?
