No Soft Takeover on Kontrol X1 MK2?
I got a Kontrol X1 MK2 today and will use it beside my Xone K2.
As soon as I started playing around with it I realized that the soft-takeover function on the control-knobs doesn’t work as it’s supposed to do or I know it from my Xone K2. Even in basic mapping it doesn’t work.
I mapped some modifiers to control the filter for all 4 decks with the effect knobs. When I switch on the modifier there is the filter function, when I switch it off, FX-control. I added soft-takeover to the filter-function, but there isn’t any soft-takeover.
I read around the forums and NI official forum and found some threads which mentioned this problem on the X1. All threads talking about the “old” version of the X1 and are several years old.
Does this problem still consist on MK2 of X1? I can’t believe they don’t fix such a bug.
