No sound Serato DJ intro or DDJ SB2?

I tested on a computer ( Windows 10 core 2 duo ) and a laptop ( windows 7 core i3 ) open the Serato DJ intro of the program and put some music to play and the audio comes standard … when connecting the controller to the sound of work … apparently she is working as the lights are lit, and the buttons to give the function match the program screen but is muted .

Could tell me if the DDJ SB2 or configuration ? If setting what should I do?

Do you currently have anything plugged into the Master Out on the controller?

nothing only the USB cable.
but I have the RCA cable / p2 already tested it by connecting the PC and home theater and still not out sound =(

So the cable needs to be hooked up to the back of the controller and into the speakers. It sounds like to me, you’re thinking the sound will come out of the computer, when that isn’t the case.
