Novation 25sl Traktor Pro mapping
Hi there. I have a Novation 25sl and I am trying to map a rotary encoder to the “List select up/down” function. When I turn the rotary encoder clockwise everything works fine, but anti-clockwise nothing happens (only when I turn it really fast it goes up on the list a few songs). Anyone know what to do about it? thnx!
Alright, in the Remote Editor set the pot to Rel2
In Traktor select
Add - Browser - Select List Up/Down
The command should be
Direct - Rotary (3Fh;41h)
And just play with the sensitivity. I got mine to 41% Sens and 10% acceleration. I’d recommend making a similar Page Up/Page Down one cause it’ll take a long time to go through a large collection.
I’ve tried playing with the sensitivity but I had no luck. I will try your settings after a few weeks when I get back home.. Thnx for the tip
Make sure the Rotary is the same, though. Let me know if it works
