Numark battlepack or Stanton STR80-30
Found both these setups cheap second hand, not sure which to go for?!
200 Euro aint bad including mixer..
You will most definitely get what you pay for if you buy ANY DJ-in-a-box setup, especially Numark Battle packs. My suggestion is save up, and don’t spend any less than $500 on a pair of used turntables.
That is unless you can find an angry mother throwing her kids 1200s out for $50 a pop.
I’ve managed to source a pair of 1200’s for £150, been told they’ve been in storage for 2 years but before that worked perfectly and held their pitch.
Was advised that one deck the audio cables need to be reterminated - what does this mean exactly?
Set of 1200’s sounds like a bargain to me, in fact there seems to be a fair few sets for Sub £300 in the UK with a mixer etc.

Reterminated means that the RCA connectors are bad. One of my decks is going the same way. Basically, chop the end/s off, and re solder new RCA connectors on. Should be good as gold then. If you have even basic solder knowledge or know someone that does, its an easy fix.
