My Question is can I program my Numark Stealth Control to Control Decks ABCD in Traktor

If what you want is to control all 4 decks in traktor with your stealth, then yes its possible.

Lots and lots of modifiers, with them you can have two layouts: one to control Decks A and B and other to control C & D.
I just got my Numark Stealth, loving it so far.
