Opinions on TANNOY PBM-8 Speakers?

I’m looking to buy my first set of monitor speakers for my basement. Found a seller on Kijiji (Canada) that’s letting them go for 250$. Was wondering what you guys thought about the price and the speakers themselves.
Btw. I produce tech house, progressive and electro on Logic 9.
